Istallation of 1 square meter of one layer of modified bitumen membrane to floor area. 

What's Included:

• The installation of one square meter of a single-layer modified bitumen membrane onto a prepared substrate.
• All necessary LPG gas (if applicable) for the installation process.

What's Not Included:

• Please note, this service is for labor only. It does not cover:
• Waterproofing materials.
• Substrate preparation (e.g., cleaning or priming the surface).
• Upstand detailing or overflashing installation. These can be purchased separately.
• Project management or coordination.
• Arranging for safe site access.

• Billing is completed weekly or daily, based on the project's documented progress.
